Zoe E. Nawrot is an associate attorney with Erstad & Riemer, P.A. She joined the firm in 2025. Ms. Nawrot grew up in Fargo, North Dakota, and moved to the Twin Cities to attend Hamline University in Saint Paul. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies and Philosophy, where the intersection of her courses sparked her interest in how law shapes everyday experiences and access to justice.

Ms. Nawrot earned her J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2025. During law school, she was an active member of the Women’s Law Student Association and volunteered with Minnesota’s HomeLine landlord–tenant hotline, helping renters navigate housing and eviction issues. These experiences strengthened her commitment to practical, client-centered advocacy.

Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Nawrot clerked on both the plaintiff and defense sides of workers’ compensation, giving her balanced insight into how claims are evaluated and litigated from every angle. She brings this perspective into her practice today.

Ms. Nawrot’s practice focuses on all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation, including legal research and writing, discovery, medical record analysis, settlement negotiation, and advocating for clients at hearings. She is dedicated to making the legal process understandable, accessible, and as stress-free as possible for the people she represents.

Outside of the office, Zoe is an avid Minnesota Timberwolves fan, enjoys fishing, crafting, watching true-crime documentaries, and trying new DIY projects.
