Samantha Alsadi is an associate attorney with Erstad & Riemer, P.A., specializing in the area of civil litigation. Samantha began working with Erstad & Riemer, P.A. in the summer of 2018, after spending a year as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Juan G. Hoyos in Hennepin County District Court. Samantha is admitted to practice in all Minnesota State and Federal District Courts.

Ms. Alsadi grew up in Eagan, Minnesota. She received her B.S. in Environmental Sciences, Policy, and Management from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. While obtaining her degree Samantha held separate internships for two state senators, was a biology tutor, a mentor to young women, and worked as a bartender and server at two local restaurants.
Samantha earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2017. While in law school, Ms. Alsadi was active on the Mitchell Hamline Law Review, was a two-time quarterfinalist at the Jeffrey G. Miller National Environmental Law Moot Court competition, was a member of Mitchell Hamline’s Regional ABA Negotiation Competition team, received a CALI award of excellence for the State Public Defenders Post Conviction Clinic, and was nominated for a Burton award for her legal writing following her completion of her first year writing class. She also argued at the Minnesota Court of Appeals as a student attorney, was president of the environmental law student group, and put in over 200 hours of volunteer work.

In addition to her law practice, Samantha enjoys spending time with her pets, playing sports, and attending live comedy shows.
