Charley Noel is a seasoned trial lawyer with a depth of trial, appellate, appraisal, arbitration, and mediation experience. He has tried over 50 cases to verdict throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. He has argued over 20 cases before the Minnesota Court of Appeals, Minnesota Supreme Court, Wisconsin Court of Appeals, Wisconsin Supreme Court, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Some of these cases presented issues of first impression to the Courts and have established precedent that has since been followed.

His practice focuses on tort, contract, insurance-related, and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in handling arson and fraud cases for insurers, cases involving products liability, personal injury, wrongful death, fire and explosions, premises liability, automobile and trucking accidents, negligence, professional liability, liquor liability, construction litigation, subrogation claims, and insurance policy construction, interpretation, and coverage issues.

He is also a qualified ADR neutral and enjoys providing mediation services to other lawyers and their clients.

Mr. Noel’s depth of trial and litigation experience has resulted in his being recognized by his peers by being selected as a “Super Lawyer” on a number of occasions. He has also had the highest possible, AV Preeminent, peer review rating from Martindale- Hubbell for over 20 years.

When not practicing, Mr. Noel enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and attending just about any kind of sporting event.
