Andrew J. Flynn is a shareholder with Erstad & Riemer, P.A. practicing in the area of workers’ compensation defense. He joined the firm in 2008.
Mr. Flynn was born and raised in Minneapolis. He attended the University of Wisconsin where he received a B.S. degree in Political Science. He earned his J.D. at the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2008.
Mr. Flynn’s practice includes all areas of workers’ compensation litigation. He handles defense of multi-party workers’ compensation claims for asbestos-related diseases, coverage and employment disputes, multiple injury claims, and medical disputes. He also specializes in coordination of federal and state benefits and compliance work with the Workers’ Compensation Reinsurance Association and the Special Compensation Fund.
When not practicing, Andrew is a rabid Vikings fan, enjoys traveling, scuba diving, downhill skiing, and weekends up north at the family cabin.
